Our first stop is the Atatürk Mansion, where Atatürk stayed during his visits to Trabzon. This elegant building, with its historical significance and architecture, will take you on a journey back in time. After exploring the mansion and relaxing in its beautiful garden, we continue to Trabzon Botanical Garden. This 103-hectare park, the only botanical garden in the Black Sea region, greets you with its lush greenery and rich variety of plants. After a peaceful walk in the garden, we head to Trabzon Aquarium, home to the world’s first tunnel aquarium. Here, you will embark on an exciting underwater adventure, witnessing exotic fish and vibrant coral reefs.
During the tour, you will enjoy panoramic views of important historical landmarks such as Trabzon Castle, Gülbahar Hatun Mosque, Zağnos Valley, and Ortahisar neighborhood. Next, we visit Trabzon’s famous traditional bazaars. Stroll through Kunduracılar Street, Bakırcılar, and Kemeraltı, where you can experience the city’s bustling trade life and find unique souvenirs.
Our final stop is Sera Lake Nature Park, a natural beauty where you can take a peaceful walk around the lake and enjoy free time for lunch. After lunch, we visit Trabzon Hagia Sophia Mosque, renowned for its frescoes that reflect the influence of Byzantine, Caucasian, and Anatolian Seljuk art. The frescoes and the building’s historical significance make this a must-see destination. After visiting Hagia Sophia, you can stop by the nearby handicraft center, where you can purchase authentic gifts for yourself and your loved ones.
We conclude the tour by heading to Boztepe, where you will enjoy a panoramic view of Trabzon from above, before being dropped off at your hotel.
