Welcome to Trabzon, the jewel of the Black Sea! Upon your arrival at the airport, our team will greet you and provide a comfortable transfer to your hotel. Since check-in is available after 2:00 PM, you can either rest at the hotel or take a stroll to explore Trabzon city center, which is within walking distance from your hotel. Let yourself get lost in the unique atmosphere of Trabzon, a city rich in history and culture.

On the first day of our Black Sea tour, starting with breakfast at the hotel, we embark on a city tour of Trabzon, which is the perfect introduction to this beautiful city. Our first stop is Atatürk Mansion, where Atatürk stayed during his visits to Trabzon. After admiring the historical architecture of the mansion, we head to Trabzon Botanical Park. After a short walk in the only botanical garden of the Black Sea region, we proceed to Trabzon Aquarium, where you will discover an underwater world full of exotic fish in the world's first tunnel aquarium.
During the tour, you will enjoy panoramic views of historical landmarks such as Trabzon Castle, Gülbahar Hatun Mosque, and Zağnos Valley, while learning about the city's history from your guide. Our next stop is Trabzon's famous trading bazaars: Kunduracılar Street, Bakırcılar, and Kemeraltı. In these historic bazaars, you will have the opportunity to shop and observe the vibrant commercial life of Trabzon.
Towards the end of the tour, we take a break for lunch at Sera Lake Nature Park, where you can relax and enjoy the surroundings. After lunch, we visit Hagia Sophia Mosque to explore the unique frescoes of Byzantine art. Finally, we complete our city tour at Boztepe Viewing Terrace, where you can take in panoramic views of the Black Sea and the historic streets of Trabzon.
We start the day with breakfast at your hotel before heading to one of Trabzon's most popular historical sites, Sumela Monastery. After arriving at Altındere National Park, we take a short minibus ride, followed by a 300-meter walk along a scenic path to reach the monastery. Along the way, you will be enchanted by breathtaking views of the Black Sea, stone stairways, and aqueducts as you explore the historical sections of the monastery with your guide. We will visit historical points like student rooms, chapels, and the Rock Church.
After the monastery visit, we continue towards Zigana Pass, one of the most significant routes on the ancient Silk Road, offering some of nature's finest scenery. We then proceed to Hamsiköy, where we take a break to enjoy the famous Hamsiköy rice pudding. After our visit to Sumela, Zigana, and Hamsiköy, we return to Trabzon and settle back into the hotel.
After breakfast at your hotel, we set out for our tour of Fırtına Valley and Ayder Highland. Our first stop is Fırtına Valley, where you can spend time surrounded by the lush nature of the Black Sea and enjoy activities like rafting, ziplining, and other outdoor adventures. We then continue through Çamlıhemşin to reach Ayder Plateau.
On the way to Ayder, we visit one of the historical stone arch bridges, marvelous structures that bear witness to the history of the Black Sea region. Upon arriving at Ayder Highlan, our first visit is to Gelintülü Waterfall, one of the area's best-known natural beauties, located 1,400 meters above sea level. After visiting the waterfall, you will have free time to stroll through the plateau, enjoy the lush greenery, taste local delicacies, or browse traditional handicraft shops.
After breakfast at the hotel and checking out, we set off for our tour. Our first stop is the famous knife workshop and shop in Sürmene, where you can see handmade knives and purchase local products. Next, we visit a tea factory to learn about the stages of tea production and enjoy a tasting. We then embark on a scenic journey along Solaklı Valley towards Uzungöl.
Upon arriving at Uzungöl, we head to the observation terrace to enjoy the beautiful views of the lake and take some photos. Afterward, we visit the artificial waterfalls and explore the unique nature around Uzungöl. You can take a leisurely walk around the lake, soak in the stunning views, and enjoy the peaceful atmosphere. There are also various activities available in the area, allowing you to spend time in the breathtaking nature of the Black Sea. At the end of the day, we return to Trabzon, and depending on your preference, we can drop you off at the airport or the city center as we bid farewell and hope to see you again soon.
Our tour will end between 6:00-7:00 PM at Trabzon Airport or the city center. Airport transfers will be available from 7:00-11:00 PM. We recommend booking your return flights for 8:30 PM or later.
Hotels: You will be staying at the following hotel or similar, subject to availability. Our hotels are in the city center. After a day of adventure and fun alone with nature, you will have the opportunity to benefit from all activities within walking distance of your hotel in the city center.
Participant List Contact: You will be contacted prior to the tour for the participant name list. Additionally, you are required to fill out the Participant Information Form included in the reservation confirmation email.
Pick-up and Drop-off Service: Pick-up services are provided from Trabzon Airport, intercity bus terminal, and city center hotels. Please contact us for any additional requests.
Information: The operations department staff will inform you about the tour details and departure times. All participants must be ready in the hotel lobby at least 15 minutes before the tour begins. If the bus is delayed, participants should not leave the meeting point.
Right to Change Dates and Times: The operator reserves the right to change the tour dates and times. For example, the dates of Uzungöl and Sümela Monastery tours may be swapped.
End of the Tour and Return: The tour will end between 18:00-19:00 at Trabzon Airport and Trabzon City Center. Airport transfers will be available between 19:00-23:00. We recommend booking your return flights for 20:30 or later.
